What is included in each box?
Each box is thoughtfully curated around a new theme every month.
- Vanlife Box: Snacks, drinks, and useful items for life on the road.
- Cozy Vanlife Box: A mix of handmade candles, soaps, and cozy lifestyle products.
- Dog Box: Natural treats and toys made in Canada for your four-legged friend.
How often will I receive my box?
You’ll receive a new box every month. You can choose between a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan depending on what fits you best.
Can I customize my box?
Not yet! Each box is a surprise curated around a monthly theme. We always include versatile, high-quality items loved by our community (and their dogs!).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Canada.
How many items come in each box?
Each box includes a unique mix of high-quality products:
- PawVenture Box: 3 to 4 items for your furry friend 🐾
- Horizon Box – Dishware: 2 to 3 items
- Horizon Box – Utility: 2 to 3 items
- Horizon Box – Cozy: 2 to 3 items
- Horizon Box – Snack: 4 to 5 items
- Horizon Box – Mixed: 5 to 6 items
- Paws & Vans Box Mini: 4 to 6 items
- Paws & Vans Box Original: 6 to 8 items
- Paws & Vans Box Max: 8 to 10 items
How long does shipping take?
Once your box is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days across Canada.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime through your customer account.
Make sure to do it before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout system.
What makes your boxes special?
Our boxes are hand-curated in Quebec with love, adventure, and quality in mind.
We focus on natural, locally made, and eco-friendly products that bring joy to your van trips, cozy nights, or moments shared with your do.
Are the dog treats safe for all breeds and sizes?
Yes! All our treats are 100% natural, handmade in Canada, and safe for most breeds and sizes.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for allergic reactions. If your dog has known allergies or sensitivities, please use your own discretion before offering any treats.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our subscription boxes and the products included, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your box arrives damaged or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
